DBR Homes is the online home of Design Build Remodel (DBR), a premium one-stop custom home builder based in Fort Myers, Florida. This website showcases our completed portfolio, explains our end-to-end process, and lets homeowners request a free, no-obligation consultation. Every enquiry submitted through the site reaches our team directly, and we respond within 24 hours.
We built this site for homeowners and landowners across Southwest Florida — including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Estero, and Bonita Springs — who are planning a new custom home, a knock-down and rebuild, or a major renovation. Whether you already own a lot, need help finding land, or want to transform your existing house, our team guides you from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. Typical projects range from $300,000 to over $2 million, and our consultation process helps you understand what your budget can realistically achieve before you commit to anything.
The company behind the site is DBR — Design Build Remodel — a licensed Florida contractor holding both a Certified General Contractor license (Lic.#CGC1523795) and a Certified Plumbing Contractor license (Lic.#CPC1461638). Since 2013, our in-house team has handled architectural design, engineering, planning and permitting, construction, interior coordination, and project management — all under one roof, so nothing falls between contractors.
